All content on the HelloWally / Charles Akins web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. HelloWally / Charles Akins retains full rights to the work you have commissioned them to design, but, it is understood HelloWally / Charles Akins would never use this work for profit beyond promotion or advertising of the HelloWally.com site.

Confidentiality
Otherwise stated, HelloWally / Charles Akins keeps the right to display ( in the HelloWally / Charles Akins portfolio and/or any affiliate site) the outcome of any HelloWally / Charles Akins design order.
If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by HelloWally / Charles Akins please contact us to discuss your needs before the quote is given, it would change the price of the service.
Refund Policy
If the artwork fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us immediately to formally request a refund. Before you receive your refund, however, you acknowledge that as a condition of receiving the refund, you will have deleted and/or destroyed any previously designed images provided by HelloWally / Charles Akins. After that HelloWally / Charles Akins keeps all rights of the designs and
it could be sold. ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR HELLOWALLY color portrait art via e-mail or any other contact method, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The vinyl production process starts
within 24 hours of your artwork approval, and once sent to production, the art phase has closed.
IF FOR ANY REASON, you have problems once you receive your final vinyl wall art portrait, like
tears, unreasonable shipping damage or other vinyl print related issues, contact support right away
and we will do our best to see that we can help resolve the issue or issues.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We include 2 minor revisions in our prices and if we can’t deliver your satisfaction with the first or second line sketch, there will be no charge and we will
refund any funds already paid.
HelloWally / Charles Akins reserves the right to refuse any order at any step of the proccess, after that HelloWally / Charles Akins will provide a refund and keep all rights of the designs.

Because HelloWally / Charles Akins has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that HelloWally / Charles Akins is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites.
We will NOT under any circumstances work for any site that promote, endorse, duplicate, link to, or deal with the following:

Modification of these Conditions of Use
HelloWally / Charles Akins reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Conditions of Use and additional terms or notices posted on the Sosfactory website. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

"AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
